Your provider is available for telephone consultations for brief questions and minor issues. Phone visits are extremely helpful for following up on an existing medical issue, addressing medication questions (not refills), discussing lab test results or following up after a sub-specialist visit. If your question requires in-person attention, your provider may ask you to come into the clinic.
Our providers can generally see patients the same or next day. If your doctor is out of the office, you are welcome to see another provider. Same or next day appointments are welcome, however for annual exams we ask that you schedule your appointment one week or more in advance.
You are welcome to contact your provider by email for non-urgent issues. They will generally respond within two business days.
If you need immediate medical attention, please call 911. If you are able to notify us of your medical emergency before, or on your way to the hospital, our clinician can send over any pertinent medical records before you arrive at the hospital. Please ask the hospital ER physician to contact your primary care physician after they have evaluated you.
